IN REVIEW: Kinky Kashmere All in 1 Conditioner

OK naturals! If you are anywhere in or around the Atlanta, GA area, you may have already had the chance to get your hands on a bottle of this one! In Review today is Atlanta-based Kinky Kashmere: All in 1 Conditioner.

Like most naturalistas know, conditioner selection is key in your natural hair regimen. Our hair is kinky, curly, coily, and at times colored--so finding a product that gives our tresses a nice drink is key! When your hair is properly moisturized you benefit in so many ways. Moisture = length retention, growth, soft hair, healthy hair, and so much more. So let’s get into the review!

PROS

#1.  First things first: This product is the slip queen! When performing any kind of installation whether it is two strand twists, Senegalese twists, or mini twists you have to have slip. A product that has slip is a product that allows the strands of your hair to smoothly glide against one another. This element is very crucial to avoid snags, tangles, breakage and anything else that can destroy your naturally curly hair!

#2. Y’all know me, I’m a smell girl! A lot of products have scents, but some are either over powering or just straight unflattering! But the Kinky Kashmere Conditioner has a light smell. Now, it’s no tutti fruity fresh and fruity but it does have an earthy smell…think Rosemary!

#3. This conditioner is SUPER moisturizing and has a translucent appearance so it doesn’t leave a mess in your hair. Believe me, I’ve experimented with new products before where they’ve left a mess of build-up in my hair and that’s no bueno!

CONS

The one and only con with this product is that it’s only available online. (Sad face!) BUT it’s readily available on the Kinky Kashmere Facebook Page!
I hope you guys enjoyed this review! If you get a chance to try out the Kinky Kashmere Conditioner leave a comment below. Also, what’s your current go to leave-in conditioner? Share! A curly girl can never have too much conditioner! J

Until next time!
