The 2013 Charleston, SC Natural Hair Expo

Hello Beautiful People!

It's me, Eugenia, and I am back with the inside scoop and my honest review of the recent Charleston, SC Natural Hair Expo! I traveled with the click (i.e. Natural Girls Rock lol) down to good ole Charleston, SC all the way from Atlanta, GA.

Now, if you've never been to Charleston before it is B-E-A UTIFUL! It's got this classic old town charm, right on the water so the weather (and the fresh seafood) is the bomb.com. Upon arriving, we checked into our hotel and had dinner at The Wreckfish, a seafood joint in North Charleston with probably the BEST customer service, shrimp, mac n' cheese, and the cutest waiters! :)

Natural Girls Rock at the International Natural Hair Meetup Day: Atlanta

We laughed. We cried. We had the best time! Nothing could prepare me for the INHMD: ATL last week! (Check out the pictures below!)

Natural Girls Rock was the title sponsor welcoming more than 150 natural-haired beauties to an event focused around hair and beauty education, goodies, and sisterhood!

So here it is--my first blog. This is kind of awkward. Just a little bit! So...HIIIIII! Um, my name is Eugenia. I'm a beauty writer, Natural Girls Rock Ambassador, and natural hair lover. I figured the best way to kick off my Eugenia Says blog is to detail the most life-changing experience of my life--and it just happened this past weekend!

You ever have one of those moments like, "this can't be happening to me?" Well, that's how I spent my past Saturday feeling! Well...in the good way. Not the "I started my period in white pants" kind of way--like the good kind of way! :)
